Month to month, cancel from the app, and if it doesn’t earn its keep in the first 30 days, tell us and we refund it. Same price whether you pay on the web or through the App Store.

- A caller menu, up to ten options, each ringing the phone you choose and texting back in its own words
Extra numbers are $7 a month each, on either plan, added from the web. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply where you are.
The fine print, without the fine print
What you’re paying for, and what you aren’t.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No and no. You pay month to month and can cancel from the app at any time. The month you already paid for runs to its end.
How does the 30-day money back work?
If LarLine hasn’t earned its keep in your first 30 days, write to [email protected] and we refund the first month. No argument. If you paid through the App Store, the refund goes through Apple, who handle it their way.
Do calls or texts cost extra?
No. Calls and texts with your customers in the US and Canada are part of the plan; there is no per-minute or per-message charge. LarLine is a phone for a business, not a bulk-texting tool, and the terms say so.
What happens to my number if I cancel?
It is held for 30 days after your subscription ends. Come back in that window and it is yours again. After that it is released.
Can I switch between Basic and Pro?
Yes, either way, from the app, and you keep your number and your threads. Going up to Pro turns the copilot on for everything you already have.
Web or App Store: does it matter where I pay?
The price is the same. Pay on the web and your receipts come from VLO Labs; subscribe in the iPhone app and Apple bills you, and you manage it in your Apple subscriptions. Extra numbers are added from the web either way.
