The plan that watches your back.

Basic makes sure nobody is lost. Pro makes sure nobody is forgotten: it drafts the reply, keeps the list of what you promised, warns you before you promise the same hour twice, and answers the phone with a menu. You stay in charge of every word that goes out.

A thread with a suggested reply waiting: tap to use, or write your own

Drafted replies

A reply written while you drive. You read it, you tap Send.

When a customer answers your text-back, Pro drafts the next message in your voice, from what they said and what your business does. It waits at the bottom of the thread. Tap it to use it, edit it, or ignore it and write your own. Nothing is ever sent on its own.

The Promises screen: each promise with the customer, the words you used, Done and Reschedule

Promises

“I’ll be there Thursday at 9” goes on a list.

Pro reads your own texts and pulls out the things you told customers you’d do: be somewhere at a time, send an invoice tonight, call back tomorrow afternoon. Each one shows the customer and the exact words you used, sorted by when it is due, overdue first.

  • Done, Reschedule, or “Not a promise” if it misread you.
  • Vague words stay vague. “Sometime next week” is listed as next week, not as Tuesday at 10.
The double-booking warning at the top of a thread: you promised two people the same time

The double-booking warning

Two people, the same Thursday at 9. You hear about it first.

Before you say yes to a time, Pro checks it against everything you already promised. If a new job would land on top of another, a banner says so, with both names and both quotes, so you can move one before anyone is standing in a driveway waiting.

  • It only warns when both times are specific. “Thursday morning” against “Thursday at 9” is not a conflict, and it won’t cry wolf.
The caller menu settings: each key, where it rings and what it texts back

The caller menu

“Press 1 for a quote, press 2 if you’re a customer.”

Give callers a menu and each option can ring a different phone and text back in its own words. Quotes go to you, existing jobs to your partner, billing questions to whoever does the books. Up to ten options on a number.

Press 1 · missed, texted back withThanks for calling about a quote! Text me the job and a few photos here and I’ll get you a number today.

How it treats your messages

Plain rules, in plain words.

Does it ever send a message by itself?

The missed-call text-back and the after-hours text are sent automatically, in the words you wrote. Everything Pro drafts is a suggestion: it goes out only when you tap Send. That is a rule of how LarLine is built, not a setting.

What reads my messages?

On Pro, a language model running on our hosting provider’s infrastructure reads your threads to draft replies and find promises. Your messages are not used to train anything and are not sent to any other company. The privacy policy spells it out.

What if it gets a promise wrong?

Tap “Not a promise” and it is gone. It is built to miss a promise before it invents one, because an invented one costs your trust in the whole list.

Can I have Pro on one number and Basic on another?

The plan is per account, so every number on it gets the same. Extra numbers are $7 a month each on either plan.
